“We live in a world where fairy tales are bedtime stories, something parents read to their children when they’re young, to get them to fall asleep. We are raised to believe that fairy tales aren't real. But what if I told you that all you've ever known, is a lie?”

16-year-old Raven “Red” Di’ Santos has been expelled from so many schools, she’s lost count. It’s just her nature to cause havoc. But when Red and her mom move to the small town of Fallen Hollow, Red is beginning to think that it’s not her causing trouble in this town. Strange occurrences spark mysteries and rumors, and as Red and her new-found friends get closer to finding the answer, the answer gets closer to finding them. And now, Red isn't sure if she’s ever been told the truth in her whole life.
