[Les Miserables]
Rosemarie Chapin is the daughter of the highly esteemed bourgeoisie, Monsieur Chapin. When the Chapin family migrate from their countryside chateaux into the boisterous Paris, Monsieur Chapin is determined to keep his wife and daughter away from the "disgusting war filled with disgusting proletariat". However, Rosemarie is curious to know what lies beyond her sheltered life in the city, and leaves the mansion one night unattended to explore.
Through pain, death, fear, laughs, grief, friendship, and revolution, stumbling into Les Amis de l'ABC may or may not be the most memorable experience in her life.
