Attack on Ghoul

What if the CCG created a machine that could transport all Ghouls out of Tokyo for good? What would happen to the Ghouls, and where would they end up? (Side note: This takes place before Kaneki is tortured so he is still the black haired Kaneki)

Meanwhile at the Survey Corps head quarters things have been pretty peaceful. Not a whole lot of has been happening, until a new species of human eaters show up (much to Hanji's excitement). New questions arise such as; what is this new species? Will they team up with the Titans and add to the list of Humanity's enemies? Will Hanji ever be able to experiment on both Titans and this new species? (yeaaaaah, I suck at summarizing, I know, and by the way the story won't be much better)
