...kneeling to the wood covered floor, I held myself...feeling my few bandages and scars  "Wh-what am......I doing..?" I breathed out as tears started to begin in my eyes. I ,Esmeralda, had never felt such regret in my life then what I was feeling right now.

Xavier slowly came to me, getting to my level "...hey....it'll be ok....I promise.." he consoled as he held me. With those few words I burst into tears and held onto Xavier; sobbing and quivering Xavier comforted me "it'll be ok......I've got you.....I promise.....no one will harm you again..........if they hurt.....MY princess again......there will be consequences..."
