People are aware of its existence but it's not something to worry about. Outside of occasional attacks, most of the time it's kept under control.

Xavier lived a simple life until his best friend gets bitten. Stuck with a burden on his shoulder and many risk involved he must do what he has to do. Inorder to maintain his normality and his best friends sanity.
