' Was it really suicide?' Is all Emiko can think of after the tragedy. The whole thing seems weird and out of place, but Ryuko disagrees. As time go, Ryuko starts to act strangely and she says things that doesn't make sense. Emiko becomes suspicious of her.
Emiko and Ryuko are very close. They are basically inseparable. A tragic death puts their relationship to test whilst the policeman Hikari is tryingt to solve the case.

Her eyes seem to be possessed with something, as the sun's rays reflect off the glassy surface, ashamed to be in her presence. Inside, stars revolve deep inside the vast galaxy she has managed to create, and as I trudge deeper into the depths of unknown, time and reality seem to pause and bow before her. A tinge of rose-inflicted water swirls in her eyes and blurs my vision, but her aura is somehow sweet. Like candy, her addictive smile lure all who see her, and her layered personality is timid, shy, and delicate. But don't be fooled, once she warms up, she is chirpy, and cheerful. What does that description make you think of? An angel in a mortal's soul? A mere dream? I grew up with her, and she was the equivalent of something that even heaven couldn't conjure. But life is a deceiving creature. A lie. Because whilst her body portrays a perfect, shameless, care-free girl, her soul is slowly dying. When I realized that she'd be enrolling at Yuko High, my blood levels spiked. However, it turns out that the girl I thought I knew was long gone. People change, and nothing stays the same.
