Description: A story about a nuclear winter, taking place in Canada in the Far Future where the sun is about to expand, exterminating all life on Earth. Most of humanity has fled Earth for Mars, but non space fairing nations, dubbed Remnants, have been left like trash to be consumed by the rapidly expanding sun. As the days till sun expansion tick by the Nations come together and set a plan in motion. Operation Sunny day is created and is the Remnants last hope.

Entries for Wattpad Short Story's contest "12 Days of Writing" ✨Winner 12 Days of Writing (day 6 - horror)✨ ✨Winner 12 Days of Writing (day 11 - action)✨ I started this at Christmas and the deadline was December 31 and I can say, without any doubt, that this has been the most words I have ever written within one week. Not all the stories are holiday themed You might notice that there are no names mentioned anywhere in the book. This is simply because I suck at thinking of names for book characters. Every prompt has its own genre (science fiction, horror, fantasy, etc.) and the stories are no longer than a 1000 words. Please note that this was the first time that I have written in some of these genres, so all I can say is that I did my best. Have fun reading!Complete

How to make a story: Find the cold icy wonder of a world covered in snow. Mix in a cynical girl and an overly enthusiastic boy. Put them together two weeks before Christmas. Add in a freak snowstorm.
