Chris lives in a large country house that has been in his family for years. Neysa is a dryad that lives in the tree outside his window. When the two meet they, of course, fall in love. But Chris' mom is struggling with money and is forced to sell the land to a land developer who wants to clear the area, which will kill Neysa's tree and Neysa herself; and there's no way Chris can stop him.
