Prologue
As dusk settles the peaceful land of Hyrule, young lovers play in the room lighted by candlelight. A young man, age of 17, green tunic like the forest, sky blue eyes as water, hair, a golden blonde, plays pounces on his love like a wolf. "Link! Ah! Stop it!," the Princess of Hyrule giggled while her heart frolicked. "I got you now, Zelda! What're you gonna do now?," Link kissed Zelda's neck, acting like his wolf self pouncing a Shadow Beast, then peeks outside the window, holding onto Zelda with his warm heart, then smirks. "What is it?," Zelda inquired? "Truth or dare, Zelda?," he replied. "This game? I haven't played that game in years! I say dare!," she giggled. "Well, Princess of Hyrule, your dare is to go toward the abandoned castle that everyone speaks about.," Link smirked childishly. Zelda strangely glanced at her love"Really? You do know that rumor spreading around. You know-"
"Forget the rumor! It's just gossip! So, here're the rules. I'm gonna assist you on the way to it, but not when you're inside. Got it?" Link whispered in her ear.
Zelda hesitated, then finally replied,"Okay, fine by me. I'm doing it, and I understand the rules. Get Epona ready." Link got up, then left while smiling. Zelda looked around her room, seeing all her personal belongings, even her cherry blossom bouquet, then outside her window. "I just wonder...," she paused in though, then looked at her Crest of Wisdom, then shook her head, and grabbed her evening cloak, silver as her rapier, and placed it on, walking out of her room, then stopped to look back. Link shouted downstairs, making her react, leaving her room, all her memories of her childhood past, behind, vanishing like the fine morning mist. Zelda raced downstairs toward the chestnut mare and her rider. Link reached out to Zelda, grabbing her hand, then pulled her up onto Epona. "You ready for this, milady?," Link smiled. Zelda smiled. Link snapped the reins, and Epona sprinted toward the abandoned castle. All Rights Reserved
