When vampyres raid a small village everything seems to have gone to plan; the compliant were captured and the others disposed. They even manage to capture a young boy, a rarity when humanity is a dying breed. But what they don’t know is what they left behind; a seething hatred for the vampire race, a destructive and volatile power all in the package of a young girl.
Armina had hated and feared vampyres for as long as she could remember and this is only intensified after her family and best friend are kidnapped and murdered. She is left abandoned, a babe in the woods, until rebel spies happen upon her and take her into their care. The rebels care for her as they would have their own child but Armina never seems to fit in amongst the clan of wolves and men. They allow Armina’s dangerous hatred for vampyres to thrive, encourage her to hone her fighting abilities and she quickly becomes the Rebellion’s most feared warrior.
Tensions between the Vampire Realm and the rebels rise and the time for war is nearing, the rebels are planning to kill the King and Queen’s successor which will spark outright war between the two races. Armina will lead the fray because of her hate, because of her insatiable hunger for revenge and because this war is of her making, her Armina rebellion.
