Dante Davis helps a sweet old lady by fixing her broken down car on a rainy day. She introduces herself as Greta Haskell and is more than grateful for Dante's kindness. She and him become friends on the spot. Greta gives Dante her address so he can visit her as many times as he likes.

Greta lives out in the Delaware countryside in the quiet town Pleasantville south of Dover. While Dante lives all the way up in Wilmington with busy traffic nonstop, Greta suggests that he move to her neck of the woods away from the hustle and bustle. Dante does just that and buys a house in Pleasantville so he won't have to travel all the way from Wilmington just to see Greta.

Greta also has two lovely granddaughters Chrissy, and Vicky that spend time with her during the weekends and stay the night sometimes. Even Dante spends the night over at Greta's house.

Greta is a funny sweet kind woman that really likes Dante, and loves her grandkids. This is one story that will keep you entertained all night!

May Belle Grimm knows only too well that the hardest falls are the ones that happen when you aren't looking, and she has all the scars to prove it. But May is not your average San Fall girl, and nothing is ever quite as it seems to be with Maybe, both the good and the not so good. So when May is having an especially dark day, she decides to have herself little misadventure ...and things quickly take a turn for the dangerously interesting. Not that this was ever going to stop her from having a little fun. For Darren Dean what was to be one the greatest summers of his life, has turned into a sick sad joke. Ripped away from his sunshine life at the beach is the equivalent to being banished to hell. Hell, in his case being the sleepy little landlocked town of San Fallcon, known by the local kids as "San Fall...where even the clouds suck". His dreams of Lifeguarding dangerous breaks of Sunset Beach have been reduced to guarding the kiddie pool at the local Plunge, colloquially known as "The Toilet Bowl". So with no beach, no waves, no surf and no life, he is just counting the days until he can finally get back home to the place where he belongs. But both Maybe and Darren will learn the hard way, that sometimes the person you least expect to meet is the one you need the most. And the twists of fate that happen when you're not looking out, are the ties that bind you ...for better or worse.
