Reece McCoy has moved back to her childhood town, where her parents are still living in the same old house she was brought up in. After fifteen years, things have changed, divorced and nearly penniless after years of paying off her ex husband debts, Reece realises that she feels out of place, so much that she hardly remembers her old town. But Reece is determined to make a go of it, but at the age of 45 and with a daughter of 20, things are not as they seem. Her parents are frail, and need constance looking after, her daughter is still in university. And she had no love life, feeling more then alone, she accepts the helping hand of one Cormac, and is surprised that she actually enjoys his company and maybe more.
