Laxus is a blonde Lightning Dragon Slayer and he's developed feelings for the captain of the Thunder Legion, his personal bodyguards, named Freed. The emerald haired Rune Wizard was an average sized man, but was small in comparison to Laxus, but more of a gentleman though. Laxus was tall, sexy, and a bit shy when it came to showing his feelings, but his love for Freed was just to overwhelming for him. Freed was also in love with Laxus, has been for years, yet everyone keeps asking when the Lightning Dragon Slayer is going to get with Mirajane.
