A Pentatonix/Scömìche fanfiction.

Mitch and Scott have been drifting apart from each other for a while now.

Scott has been getting closer to Alex, and has pretty much forgot about Mitch being his best friend.

When Alex asks Scott a serious question, Scott stops to think.

Mitch, however, doesn't stop to think, and does something drastic.

Mitch disappeared, leaving Scott and Alex alone.

Scott needs Mitch, as much as he hates to admit it.

But what if Mitch is gone... Forever?

And what if there are other forces at play in their relationships?

Hold My Heart (Scomiche AU)

16 parts Complete

Scott is a hard-core believer in true love. How could he not be, considering all the successful relationships surrounding him? His parents are going on their 35th wedding anniversary, his sister is newly married, his best friend is engaged, and half of the students in his 3 PM discussion section seem to be deeply infatuated with one another. So, he hasn't found "the one" yet, but that doesn't stop him from believing that he's out there. Scott's nothing special, so there's no reason he shouldn't find love, just like everyone else. He's not worried; when it happens, it'll happen. Mitch has always believed in true love--until now. Now, he's just tired of love. He's been "in love" with three different guys in the past five years, and he's done his heart shredded and stomped on time and time again. Mitch has always been the type to fall quickly and love wholeheartedly, but he's a sensitive creature, and he's not sure he can survive another heartbreak after all he's been through. He told himself he was going to stay away from love for a long, long time, but how can he resist the baby blue eyes and bright smile of the friendly professor next door?
