Detta är en kort berättelse, byggd på en blandning av fakta och fantasi, om några av mina förfäder.
Huvudpersonen är min farfar, Bengt Anders, som jag minns som barsk, stor och farlig och som dog vid 90 års ålder, när jag var 5 år.
Farfar är en man som jag lärt känna genom enstaka fragmentariska berättelser och genom att studera den släktforskning min egen pappa gjorde. Och sist men inte minst genom att fylla ut de många luckorna med egna fantasier.

Their foster mom always did say their short fuse would be the death of them. Now, Kit is in hell. A fallen angel that is also a minor. Not the best combination in this scenario. Riona. In case you haven't guessed by now, that's me. This is my story. And I'm going to start from the very beginning, so you can get the full picture. They say we're not defined by our past. But I believe that the past is what makes you who you are. It moulds you. It sticks with you no matter how far ahead in life you get. And then, it catches up to you, putting you in a chokehold you can't possibly get out of. In my case, my past is very messy. I don't like it, but I also can't seem to shake it off.
