Carson is use to the paparazzi and guys fawning over her. She unfortunately is also use to an inattentive father.
For Carson's 16th birthday, Phil Thompson, American Hunk, promised a trip to London to visit her Hotel, a present from a past birthday. When Carson comes down for breakfast the day before the trip and finds a note on the counter from her father saying the family took a trip to Italy for the summer, she is pissed. Her best friend Nick convinces her to go to London anyway. After breaking up with her current boyfriend, Carson takes off and in London, finds herself a group of friends, the courage to get back on stage, and a way to get away from her father.
