This story takes place between the last page in Mockingjay and the Epilogue. The Capitol has FINALLY left Katniss and Peeta alone, or have they? The two years her and Peeta have truly been together has made her show her true colors, being soft. After Peeta pops the question, does the Capitol threaten their relationship? Since Katniss and Peeta have been spending almost everyday together, what happens to Gale? What happens to their friendship? Is there another Hunger Games in the future? Does Katniss figure out that family is more important than friends? Than love? Or does she become apart of the Capitol while Peeta is being tortured once again not only by the Capitol, but by himself? Will new relationships blossom? Figure it out in my version of the 4th book in the Hunger Games Series!

This story is based on after Mockingjay. This story is all about the Epilogue. And we all know what happens in the Epilogue. This fanfic takes place 7 years after the War. This story is based off a mini plot twist, but otherwise this is just an After Mockingjay story. The plot twist is basically that Katniss didn't kiss Peeta when they were in the Capitol during the Rebellion, and how it would effect Peeta's recovering, since that is obviously taking it a step back. --- Katniss is broken, tortured, and she has lost almost everyone she ever took a second to care about. Almost. Peeta is still alive, but also still hijacked. Will Katniss find a way to cure Peeta, and get him to come back to her? And how does their future, after the Rebellion, look?
