Election of 2016. Trump won. And then people decided to take things in their own hands. Revolutionary groups rose to defend their beliefs and rights. Soon enough Trump was no longer the president. Nor was America a democracy.

America has turned into a lgbtq+ dictatorship. One of our protagonists is stuck in the jail for being "straight" and the other is fighting a losing fight against meaningless discrimination against straight people while being gay himself.

How will these two unlikely people work together? And how will they ever return the U.S. to its former democracy?

As you are coming to, images flash before your eyes of the last few days. Your parents were taken by the police, you were forced to run, to leave everything behind, to save yourself and your sister. But she isn't here. You panic and look around, you stop. You remember. She too was taken, you are alone. For now. This is what happened to Alexander, his life has just been turned upside down. The year is 2415, the world has both evolved and devolved. It isn't how people imagined. Flying cars, robots in every house, telekinetic pencils. No, they are only in comic books. Self driving cars. No robots in houses, but workhouses instead. Telekinetic pencils... that's possible, if you are gifted with the power of telekinesis. There are dark truths hidden behind closed doors, that only few know. Truths that if they got out, would bring the downfall of the government. It's only a matter of time until it happens again. This time by a group of people that no one expected. Together they work to find out the truth, but things have gotten worse over the last century and this may not only bring around the downfall of the government. Armed only the powers they were born with, the group do everything they can to discover the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But many have tried and failed, do they really stand a chance? Alexander doesn't think so, but his main concern is finding his sister, Rosia.

There lives the people of the Mystery Realm (M.R.) They're the police force, detectives and prosecutors. They're the only realm which carries weapons of any kind. However, they don't kill. While they do value law and order, they don't like violence and tend to avoid it. The bottom left corner has the second largest population. The people there are born with unique powers. They're called the Supernatural Realm (S.R.) They tend to be optimistic and stubborn. They value relationships and would do anything to keep the people they love safe. The top left and bottom right corners are tied in regards to population, however, that is the only thing they share in common. These two realms couldn't be more different. In the top left corner is the society of the Technologically Enhanced Realm (T.E.R.) The people here develop technology the other realms could only dream of. They don't socialize with others and tend to keep to themselves. They understand complex equations and theories, however, they have a hard time understanding human emotion. Finally, in the bottom right corner lives the peaceful and happy people of the Primitive Harmony Realm (P.H.R.) The people here lead a simple life and believe in nature and its gifts. From Left to Right: Journeying from Identity Politics to Human Politics

1 part Complete

I was lost and totally confused. The year was 2016 and I voted for Hillary Clinton for President of the United States. Being a mere nineteen years old-battling severe depression, social anxiety and fighting my sexuality-I was looking for "Hope" and I was looking for "Progress". In this book, I start out by chronicling my personal political journey, moving from the bowels of the modern left to the opening arms of the modern right. Following this, I lead the reader on a hard-hitting analytical journey, addressing and deftly dismissing some of the modern left's most persuasive and most used tools of narrative. In the end, things are poignantly brought back to home, as I address the overall deficiencies of the liberal idea of "progress" and how this relates to the theme of finding personal meaning in one's own life. This is at once a heartfelt story of personal triumph and a profoundly rigorous and witty treatment of liberal rhetoric.
