Gwen, a 13 year old girl originally from Manchester, has been found, along with many other living things, by an apocalypse. She battles against mutated animals, cannibalistic cannibals and inedible green water, whilst still trying to grip on to her sanity. As she slowly goes crazy, Gwen realizes that she must try and make the most of whatever's left of her life rather than just sitting in an underground bunker rubbing open wounds with dried fruit. Whilst struggling to find her father (who was once a successful magician), it is clear to her that there is only one illusion here in the wasteland, trust.

Hannah Vegas is one of the few survivors of this huge and dangerous world taken by constantly evolving monsters. Once a valuable guinea pig and now a wanderer, she has unbelievable skills that encourage her to face even the most feared night creatures known as volatiles, but she often suffers from visions and nightmares that lead to a sudden amnesia. This memory loss caused her to forget parts of her past and she has been fighting this condition ever since. Hannah's life changes completely when soldiers in blue and red vests meet her and say things that make her even more confused. Being constantly chased and attacked by them for unknown reasons, she finds shelter and something to fight for when she joins a hidden and humble group of survivors in Colorado. As time goes by, Hannah takes comfort in the shelter and begins to share her problems with the survivors of the group. She learns new things and shares what she has learned with her former groups in other parts of the United States. Doubts arise as more things happen and solutions appear when she finds out that the biggest problem of all has been right under their noses all along. Literally. This story takes place after the events of the Dying Light game franchise. I hope you like it and have fun.

That is until she crosses paths with Nate and his daughter, Emmi. Emmi is not and cannot be vaccinated against the disease, so the only way to protect her and give her some kind of life is to reunite her with her estranged mother in a quarantine zone on the other side of the country. Charlotte wants nothing to do with Nate or the girl who looks like her dead sister. She does not want to go through the grief of losing people again if something bad was to happen. And something bad does happen when Emmi is kidnapped, and it is no one's fault but Charlotte's. Through this obligation alone, Charlotte feels like it is her responsibility to get Emmi back, to right her wrong. In helping Nate pursue his kidnapped daughter, Charlotte inadvertently allows herself to feel again, to care for those other than herself. But with the clock ticking, Charlotte's new found family may just end up like her own, dead and destroyed, if Emmi is exposed to the disease that her father tried so hard to protect her from.Complete

A seven year old girl trying to survive the zombie apocalypse in a fairly small city in rural New Mexico. This is the third in my short story series taken from the universe created for my first book. Ardamin: Clone #7. These short stories are more horror focused than the main book. But how can you tell the story of a zombie apocalypse without some horror? This story is unedited and first draft as keeping with my first two short stories posted to Instagram and therefore will not be polished or fixed with multiple drafts leading to an end product. This story was meant to be raw or just as it poured from my head. Spelling and punctuation errors are only to be expected, if the cause you some offence well... that's just the way this story was made. Apocalypse Demonization
A young girl trying to live during an apocalypse on Earth, but she is unlike the others: she's a demon, but not like the infected newly turned demons, she had been born one and knew what was happening. From helping demons become under control of themselves to preventing new cases and confronting the government about the epidemic, she is going to have to fight for all to save the planet. THE RISKS
"You can't tell me there isn't something here worth risking everything for." [New Adult Apocalyptic Romance] Summary: There are some things that you can't outrun. That becomes all the more obvious when the world is ending, when there's nothing left but the feral creatures that were once people, consumed now by a virus that's made them cannibalistic and ravenous. It might just be easier to end it all, but Claire still has one last thing to fight for. Her younger sister. And she intends to keep her safe, no matter the cost. So, with no other options and her sister in tow, Claire ventures out into the dangers of this new, unforgiving world in search of safety, security, and answers to some long burning questions. The first two things -along with some new, unexpected questions- she finds in an unlikely place: a stranger who she's become indebted to. She has a feeling he can help her answer all her questions, if she can allow herself to fully trust him. Trust, she thinks, is a fragile thing. Humanity, a construct. Love, a weakness. But these are the thoughts of a survivor, and she's beginning to wonder if surviving is all she wants. Maybe she wants to live.
