"I asked for him that day. My hands too quick to reach out for the trim of his coat, its zip catching the skin on my finger and snatching it away, just as Millie did him. Millie snatched him away that day. Not that he was ever mine. But I knew from that moment on that I'd spend the rest of my time fighting, loosing, forgetting who I was. Forgetting who he was. He was Dylan. Dylan Ashfield who lived next door at 52 Franklin Road. Grey hair, grey eyes and a crook nose Dylan......" When Kaitlin's brother disappears, everything around her starts to change. Without warning, she is sucked into the spiral of guilt and hatred, heartache and mind games, unable to run from the impending fate of her own mistakes. And when notes start to appear on her bedroom mirror from someone who claims to be her long lost kin, Kaitlin begins to realise that what she deemed as good choices are slowly becoming her worst nightmares.
