The "2016" Collection is a collection of poems and short stories that tell one story. Each chapter is represents one month and are entitled accordingly. "January" is a ballade that kicks off the plot. It foreshadows to the events in the plot. February through March are short stories that continue the plot. June is another poem that summarizes the plot as well as foreshadows to future events. July through November are shorts stories that continue the plot, and December is similar to January; it is a poem that ends the plot with a final statement that explains the plot.

With the hunt for Bernie giving new purpose to Geoff's un-life, he and Naomi begin a quest to get back their cat. Battling skeleton pirates, climbing the sky ladder and facing off against the villain who took Bernie, Geoff is determined to find his purpose - or die a second time trying!
