There were 3 types of things that existed on earth: Humans, Angels, and Demons. The humans had no idea that demons and angels were really real yet they have been around since the beginning of time. Yet angels aren't things sent from god they are people with gifts here to protect the world from the demons trying to take over. Angels have kept themselves away from the public to keep everyone safe. The world was safe well it was until the demons started to kidnap the angels and humans to experiment on.

Their job is to help humans with problems such as depression. They help them through their tough times, to offer them support when they feel like they have no one. These angels are known as Watchers up in Heaven. Eva Grace has been training her whole life to be a Watcher. She has studied the history of angels, the history of humans along with the developments they have made, and she has been training on how to fight demons. Her ancestors have watched the fall of the Roman Empire and one of her ancestors helped a battle general during that time.
