Amelia Grayson, a.k.a Cardinal. She's Dick Grayson's sister, he's Robin. She's not who you think she is, her name to others is Amelia Cooper or Amelia Grayson. But that's not true, her real name is a secret. She was the Court of Owls slave, she was a Talon, she killed people. She escaped, ran away, found Charlie Cooper. He adopted her, he saved her. Her brother thinks she's dead, but that's not true. She's alive, but sometimes she thinks she's not truly living.
