Facing The Facts

When people look for information they usually go to the Internet for their primary source. The reason being that it's easy. So why would the scalars of today's world not look at books that hold the facts. It's because these people don't understand fact from opinion. So why should it matter to the new generation to understand a fact from an opinion or a rumor. It's because people no matter how skilled or wise they are will always hear what they want and not what is truth. So what's to keep the next generation from acting the same?
