Laila Droogan, among others, have a "precious" heart, called a Greatenterrian heart. She was kidnapped from her mother at eighteen months old, and taken to a place were girls with precious hearts go. Three months after these people turn 21, their hearts shut down. But not for Laila. She is taken to a place were her heart gets changed into a regular, healthy one. With a good heart, it is up to Laila to stop the woman kidnapping the girls. And if the girls in cabin 835 are willing to cooperate, Laila, Queena, Raya, and Aeroline could save some "precious" lives.
