She watched everyone from a distance burry an empty casket. Her mother crying into her older brother's shoulders.
She never confronted them that day, instead decide to live without them.

Perhaps then I should have been happy, but the pale purple flowers were draped over a closed casket and the people in front of me clutched bouquets of them tightly to their hearts. Prayers slipped from their lips and tears stained their cheeks. I should've been as upset as they were, after all, the body in the casket was mine. And who can be happy at their own funeral?" A ghost girl watches her family, friends, and her boyfriend go through the stages of grief after her sudden death. p.s this story is not going to be particularly all that happy.Complete
