Mabel was nothing more than a hopeless romantic; she longed to find her happiness in another. Ethan was her escape. And in between the drunken nights full of broken promises, she finds that in her search for this null satisfaction, she has lost sight of herself. She soon runs away from her life and finds herself in a very dangerous place, working for a drug cartel. Between her newly developed relationships and fears, Mabel wonders if in fact exhilaration can override fate and destiny.
