*Not your average "bad girl meets good boy" story.*
This is a story about sexy, mysterious and all around bad ass Amber Alvarez. She's mean, rich, cold-hearted and in need of anyone's help as she is forced into an arranged marriage. Her help comes in the form of an extremely hot cop named Oliver Payne. He was the tall, lanky, nerdy kid that always sat at the front of class in high school while Amber was Queen Bee in the back row. But loser Oliver no longer exists and Amber is pleasantly surprised to find out how handsome he's become, but she still refuses to take his help, no matter how dangerous things are becoming.
In crazy twists of fate, drugs, alcohol, strip clubs, and loads of money Amber and Oliver begin to find themselves. The only catch is that time is cruel and when you run out, death is sure to be on your doorstep.
