Jason, an average 13 year old boy meets two friends, twins, Elizabeth and Zach. After they disappear for a little while he sees them again.
Hiding from hunters who kill people that are different brings them on a long journey to survive. These hunters call them "the others" they think that "the others" are deadly. But they really aren't. They are just normal people with abilities...
The hunters will not hesitate to kill them. But most of them are kids. Back in 2016 the hunters bombed the city of Illinois to kill them thirteen years ago. They succeeded and killed "the others" but not their children...
Jason meets survivors from the bombing and together they fight for freedom and survival. But there's just one problem, Jason is the one that the hunters are looking for. He's the one that has the answers. Of course he doesn't know. But he does know that he is the strongest.

WARNING: I wrote this book over a good year ago. This was my first book ever written on Wattpad. So, sorry for the mistakes, confusing jumble of words, and very short chapters. VERY cringe worthy content (except for the couple last chapters where I learned how to write).

"What's going on?" "Nothing. Please just keep jogging or something." "What're you hiding, Kelsey?" Her eyes searched mine, then very slowly she gave in. "Um...if I tell you...can you promise that you won't be angry? And that you won't freak out and punch the poor guy?" "Why would I...are you cheating on Jason?" "What?" "Is that guy the person you're cheating on Jason with?" I demanded angrily. "He has been nothing but good to you, Kelsey, how could you just cheat on him? He's a good guy!" "No! Ryder, that's not what this is!" For whatever reason, I believed her. "Fine," I said eventually. "I swear not to punch the guy if you tell me what's going on." "Um...it'd be kind of easier to show you than to tell you." I walked with Kelsey around the bench, and the guy stood up, looking down at me with very familiar eyes. Corey. I was looking up at Corey. Sorry Kelsey. And then I punched him. Book two, following A Bad Boy's Worst Nightmare. It's been almost a year since Corey left, leaving Ryder completely broken and alone. Now, he appears to be back once she sees him in the park. But when she's made to understand that the boy is in fact Corey's twin brother, she allows herself to let her guard down a little. But could trusting the brother of the boy that destroyed her heart really be the best idea? Or would he be just like his brother--the complete and total destruction of everything decent in Ryder's life?

Hello! I've decided to re-write this book, because I feel the new direction will make it much more interesting and open up more opportunities. As I update (which I do as often as I can) I write 'UPDATED' next to the chapter number. Until I get it all done, things may not make sense as you're reading them. I'm going to try and stick to the original plot as much as possible, so main characters and big events won't change that much. Thanks for reading! Here's a synopsis: Lilly Madison is a trained killer. She's spent her whole life killing vampires and hunting demonic creatures with her parents. They travel the country constantly, so Lilly hasn't had the opportunities that many kids her age have had, such as a proper schooling and a boyfriend. There is no room in her life for love, but things change when she is assigned to get close to a young man named Jason Adams because he is suspected of being a killer. Jason keeps to himself and stays close to his family, but Lilly is determined to crack through the barrier he seems to have around himself. Talking to students, she finds, reveals only rumors. She needs to get closer to uncover the truth. Shocking events reveal Jason’s true identity that he’s tried so hard to keep buried. Despite all common sense, Lilly finds herself drawn to him. She knows there is no room in her life for love. She knows he's a monster. So why is it that she finds it so hard to tell her parents about what he actually is? Desperate to protect her love’s family, but yearning to be loyal to her own, Lilly is forced to make the choice of who to side with. Will her decision force her to die a gruesome death or become immortal? Read on to find out!
