Ever since she said something, they began to realize it.  They noticed and they didn't like it.

Juvia didn't like the way he looked at her, acted towards her, or talked about her.  Natsu didn't like the way her mood changes around him. The way he made her blush or laugh uncontrollably, even talking about his corny jokes for days.

Natsu and Juvia both had something in common; Gray and Lucy's potential relationship hurt them. Hence, commencing a conspiracy made up by Natsu and Juvia.

She felt as though she deserved to be revered as strong because of all the things she and Natsu had done together: the jobs, the everyday crisis, even when he almost said he liked her. But now his words pained her, they shot her in the heart and she realized that Natsu never liked her.

He missed the morning arguments and debates with Levy. In addition to this, her scent was different. Her smell was so sickening, it made him not want to be in her presence. He always loved the way Levy smelt, however, now it was like she was another person. It was as if she wasn't even real.
