Clover and Audrey have never gotten a break. 

It seems as if every time their life came to a tranquil standstill, things are always knocked around, leaving the two completely screwed over and having to set things straight, which ended up in them both dying and waking up in a new life. 

Clover's brother, the rumored Chosen One, is almost eighteen years old. Clover is close to finally having a peaceful life while his brother, Travis, fights the monsters instead of him. 

But when tragedy strikes, Audrey and Clover are left to take things into their own hands. When an old friend pops up, and a universe-wide manhunt is searching for an alleged "traitor," it seems the world is close to being obliterated.

A few dark sabbatical years between university studies mark the past of Timothy, who has a few more memories, of a few more things, than he knows what to do with. And she suspects one of their friends to be possessed by a demon. Lavender however is blissfully oblivious of her friend's suspicions and thinks she is losing her mind with vivid nightmares and huge gaps in her memory. Valentina, meanwhile, would be happy with just one recovered memory. She would love to know how she became tattooed, or even just what the Chinese character on her ankle means. But, as some of her friends know, the price of that one memory might be set higher than she is willing to pay. (There are some ethically interesting choices from the main characters, thus the mature rating. But nothing graficly shocking should be included, just a couple of murders discussed that could absolutely not be avoided.) (All characters are strictly fictional. I feel this should be highlighted, for while inspiration is always tied to the outer world, imagination composes a story out of it and colors the outcome with dreams and nightmares.) He turns out to be next in line alpha. And better yet! He's also her mate. This sarcastic eighteen year old spits fire (in the form of words) and doesn't put up with anything. But underneath that hard exterior is a girl who's afraid of her own dreams and the threat they cause her. One Human. One Werewolf. One King. Three men in her life that all want something from her. Another Stupid Spell is a first person high fantasy novel, the likes of which hasn't been seen in 60 years. The tone and vocabulary of the story shifts as our narrator, Sorch the orc, finds ways to enhance his intelligence. You get to grow as Sorch grows, learn as he learns, and share his most intimate thoughts. Sorch is an orc mage in a world where orcs are cursed with stupidity every time they cast a spell. The only spell he can safely cast is Enhance Intelligence, which boosts his IQ for a fraction of a second before the curse drains it all away again. Normally casting such a spell would be pointless, but Sorch's tribe has found a way to benefit. Magic that is cast near a mysterious artefact called the 'Voodoo Engine' causes invisible hands to appear, and these hands get work done for his tribe.
