These were the thoughts going through the mind of 17 year old Sheliegh "Snow" Winters.
Looking back, I could have avoided everything that has happened.  
           Everyone that I loved would still be here with me.  
                     My home wouldn't be destroyed. 
 My family and friends blood wouldn't be spilled on the ground among all the rubble that was once my home.
He wouldn't be missing. 
And I wouldn't be alive looking back at everything filled with regret, sorrow, shame, guilt and pure raw anger.
Looking back, I made a vow that day. A vow I intend to keep.
 I vowed that I wouldn't let this happen to anyone else.
And whoever did this will pay.  
           With their life.
 I'll make sure of it.
