Dana and Cameron came from two totally different universes.
Dana was the type of girl who sat in the corner of the
classroom and didn't talk much. She was an outcast. After her mother's death
when she was a little girl, she wasn't the same happy girl who watched Hannah
Montana every morning.
Cameron was famous. He was weird, funny, sweet, romantic,
smart, and caring. He was perfect in everyone's eyes, but he wasn't exactly.
Dana's life goes nowhere; in fact it goes to
"hell." One day she is unexpectedly invited to go out to L.A for the
summer to spend time with her twin brother Shawn Mendes.
She couldn't believe how different everyone was there. It
was like she discovered a new universe just south from her home in Canada.
Everyone acted like mature, yet crazy fun and cool, teenagers. 99% of the time
anyways.
Dana mentally transforms into a new person as the new people
she meets changes her view on life. And most important this new transition
involved a boy, Cameron, nobody saw it coming. The problem was, Dana was done
with guys after her brake up with, who she thought was, the love of her life.
"Guys are dicks."
Along with another admirer, an enemy from her past, and
being tricked, Dana still has the most amazing time of her life with all the
people she loves. All good things must come to an end. So, what happens when
she has to leave?
