Miss Angelique Marie Evangellion and Miss Lilith-Rose Blackwood. Welcome to Rosen Blackwell, Academy of Armament and Toukon, do you know what 'Toukon' means? It is Japanese for fighting spirit. This academy is for those who are talented in some form of combat or those with great intelligence. Here at Blackwell academy, we especially take in and assign very few young individuals of all race, gender and age ranging from fourteen to eighteen on a scholarship. Whether it is Swordsmanship or 'Kendo', Archery, Martial arts, Sparring or students who can create their own weapons and/or are masterminds.
