Annette Suavé (or Anne as most know her) is an average sixteen year old girl. She has great (but crazy) friends, a baby brother with a wild imagination and, like many, has a one parent family. Her mom makes pretty good money, her family is just your average middle class, three person family dealing with a divorce.
Her nanny is nice and is with them about every day when her mother isn't working. You can't trust a "reckless" teenager. Tommy and Annette are happy but then disaster hits and when Anne realizes an unbelievable secret about herself she saves someone close but only puts herself in danger if someone can't keep a secret.
