There is a prophecy from long ago. It states:
"The first born whom has been tainted by sins at a young age will behold great power,
She shall be the one to birth the new moon goddess,
Her second chance shall be the one to awaken the true beast that lies inside,
They must learn to trust each other and become one to be truly powerful and make an acceptable heir.
Ash was never a person to trust anyone. She knew that from a young age. Her father knew her true destiny, so he trained her. From the day she learnt to walk he trained her. Instead of going to school, she was homeschooled just so she could have more time for training. All this training has made her who she is now.
At age 17 she truly was A Deadly Assassin.

Cinder was only a baby then. Some say that Lisabeth was trying to save her baby sister from the dangers in the immortal realm and that they came to hide down on earth. But one thing was for certain the sisters were underaged and won't use their powers in the mortal realm until they turn 19. The sister got split up during the fall to earth and earth is not a safe place for 2 powerless girls.Complete

The curse causes these wolves to lose all control of their minds, and when they wake up in human form in the morning, they don't remember anything (though they may revisit certain memories in dreams). She gets beaten daily, and is a stress reliever to most of the pack members. She finds her mate when she's walking home, but due to her wolf being dormant, she's unable to recognize him. Her mates name is Alexander Lopez. He's the next in line alpha of the Rising Blood Moon pack, and has been searching for his mate since he turned fourteen. He finds her, and because of her dormant wolf, he thinks she's human. Soon she goes missing, because her pack members sold her to a rogue pack. Alex searches, and searches, but cannot find her. Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy. She falls into severe depression, and develops a form of PTSD, that was formed from the shock she had from her pack and mate's betrayal. She isn't happy anymore, and that brightness she had in her personality is gone, leaving a husk of her former self. Will her pack and mate right their terrible wrongs, and bring her back to her former glory, or will they carry on with how they are, and have her fall into a comatose like state?
