Last Hope

After an apocalyptic disease killing off the world's population, Michael must find a way to survive and hopefully make it off the continent to find a safe place. Even though Michael is immune to the disease, other survivors are spread across his journey. Who can he trust? Who will try to kill him? All these questions will lie in all of his choices.
