After being struck in the heart by her now dead enemy, Ruby Harps falls into a painful coma. She suffers a lot while she's in it, but Offenderman is somehow hurting so much more than her. He tries to forget about her by hanging with other women, but nothing will take his mind off of her. But then there comes a girl that reminds him so much of Ruby...
Once Ruby finally wakes up, she goes through many changes. So many changes, they may break her heart.
