The Bleydh hunter clan has been around for thousands of years. Legends state the purpose behind being a hunter is to kill off the supernatural but ever since the truce of 1820 was created, they are now the peacekeepers, punishing those who break the laws and protecting the humans. The time has come for a new era and not all wish for peace. Some, even among hunters want war.
Kaira Ravens has been chosen like her father to rule as Doyen provided she survives the blood trials. Still blaming herself for the past she strives to honor her dad and become a worthy choice. To make matters worse Ada a werewolf claims she is her mate which is against her clans rule: "Never mix with the supernatural." Will she change her clans beliefs? will she overcome her past? and above all will she stop a war threatening to kill them all before it's too late?
