New world. New technology. New rules. New everything.

Prince Charlie of Galendalia has finally arrived at the age of 19, an age in which he is supposed to be married. He's half interested in the prospect of marriage though. Most of his attention is on the oncoming attacks from the Kingdom of Astoric and the prince tries his best to aid his father in defeating these vile men.

In the midst, he comes across a young soldier, an 18 year old boy who goes by the name of Arale. He captures the Prince's attention in multiple different ways he, Charlie, would've never thought feasible. And then, the first letter came.

With every month oncoming, a new letter arrives and it is always left with the initials E. O. A. Charlie is perturbed by these letters and is determined to figure out to whom they come from.
And when Charlie finds out the truth, Arale's fate changes drastically.
