(I have not gone through being deaf nor have I encountered someone who is deaf so if I make mistakes throughout the story, please know I do mean it offensively, this just came to my mind at 12 a.m. one night)

Amber Delvene is no ordinary 15-year-old, although she goes to a normal depressing public high school with all the stereotypical cheerleaders, sluts, nerds, misfits, jocks and inbetweeners, with a sprinkle of decent to awesome teachers while the others seem to want nothing more than to retire, Amber is deaf, due to otosclerosis (basically having an overgrown bone in your ear). Through all the bullshit, someone falls in love with her.
Jack Bostos.
A rich jock who is naturally known for his gorgeously tanned skin and his beautiful eyes that could engulf you down into nothingness and make you stutter and blush.
What dramas could go with that?
A lot.
Along the way, Amber finds a new hobby.
