Daniel Clarke is the typical hot "all mighty god" popular guy every girl dies for. Emily Fitz, on the other hand is just average, but for the simple fact of getting good grades she would be classified as nerd. In their school, popular kids don't normally interact with non popular people. It is sort of like a rule. What no one at school knows is that Daniel and Emily are actually best friends outside school, for their families do everything together. Everything changes when a new guy comes into the picture, and Daniel starts doubting if what he feels for Emily is just friendship.

[NOT A HOMOSEXUAL BOOK. JUST SAYIN’.] You’ve heard the stories of the Bad Boy and the Good Girl. You’ve read the book about the Bad Girl with the Good Boy. But you haven’t seen the journey of the Bad Boy and Good Boy becoming best friends. Micah Davis and Asher Sawyer are at two different ends of the popular stick. At one end, you have the nerdy, shy and sweet Micah – and at the other you have the rude, nasty and badass Asher. You’d never think either of them would be lonely, but they are. When Asher begins failing English, he is told he either needs to pass the class or he won’t be able to play football. Without playing, he won’t be able to get a football scholarship. He needs the best tutor to help him pass so he can continue to play football and gain a full ride to college; so when Asher is assigned to Micah, and Micah refuses, Asher makes him a deal. Asher promises to turn Micah into a killer ladies’ man and help him woo the girl of his dreams – Denise Scott. This is a story about how two opposites become best friends, and manage to teach each other what it’s like to have a best friend. What it’s like to have a brother.
