Phoebe is a girl who isn't quite focused on her future she cares about what happens in her life right now....
Arianna is extremely focused on her future and does not bother to think "What happens right now is what matters" because that phrase does not exist in her mind.
But somehow they fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.
Has a little language but would not call it mature!
