This was written as a background story for one of the Savage Worlds campaigns I'm running. 
Savage Worlds is a tabletop roleplaying system. www.peginc.com for those of you who are interested. 

The world and the names might be a bit strange, but are in accordance with a much much larger world specifically created by me (among others) for roleplaying purposes.
