All about my experience when I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro during Christmas time 2015.
As lively was the trip up and down the mountain, this was one of the most spontaneous time I've had with my company .
Was no cake walk at all, it reminded me at every single point why I loved travelling in the first place despite having motion sickness or having to walk a lot.
In times of stress, my dream to reach the top seemed to me especially significant.
I totally am up for next climb back there, maybe by Next Christmas or so!
Also, it is absolutely, undeniably, breathtaking beauty up there. Just too good and I love my nation! - I love my Roof top :)

A Snowflake Never Forgotten
"I used to stare up at the sky trying to see where the snowflakes were born. I could do it for hours. Well, minutes. But it was always the waiting that was the most fun." -Alaska. Life isn't a bed of roses. Though it can be a wall of snowflakes. Easy to stack, ruin shape and melt. But some can preserve it, show its worth and collect what is needed. One thing is required though, 'Correct View with Patience' to prevent it from becoming a mass of irregular snow. Ups and downs are a must on the rocky road of this journey but if one has a good snowflake in hand, anything can be accomplished. ☆ ₩ho says there will never be a Snowflake which you might never forget ♢ _______________ Copyrights The novel is currently unedited but completed. 'Tis the Season
Naomi has always dreaded the holiday season but when she finds herself staying with the handsome stranger and his family that accidentally stole her Christmas tree through the holidays, she just might end up taking a large sip from that cup of holiday cheer that brightens up everyone's Decembers. --------- "You've never kissed anyone under the mistletoe then?" he asks, keeping his voice low. There are literal sparks flying in the air between us right now- I knew I was attracted to him at the tree farm but now that I've gotten to actually know him a bit better, and now that he's standing so close to me, that attraction has seemed to intensify. I give him a tight smile and shake my head. "Well, I think it's probably bad luck to break tradition...." ---------- December Writing Challenge 2020 piece! ~updating daily through December~ (photo of challenge and more info can be found in the conversations section of my profile!)Kumpleto
His Naughty List (#Wattys2016)
"You're on the naughty list." He says jokingly and I roll my eyes. "Really?" "Yeah but not on Santa's." He says his turquoise eyes brighter than city lights. I drop the dish cloth and look up at him with my hands at my hips. "Then who's?" "Mine." ~*~ Clarity Evers. Hates the cold and doesn't know how to enjoy the holidays without criticizing how cheery, jolly and annoyingly peppy the world is this time of year. River Walters. Loves the snow and making people smile. He's a boyish jokester who loves to let go and have fun. Especially in the Christmas season. So what happens when Clarity witnesses River walk in her mother's bakery and light the place up like he's the energy the place needs? Is he more or less the energy that she needs as well? River loves to make people smile. ..and the next person on his list is Clarity. Clueless love (BWWM)
"What he means is that I am moving in, whether you like it or not," Ismail says with the same nasty look "I have never killed a human being, but if you wake up tomorrow and find your brother dead, don't be surprised. We all know we can't stand each other for a minute and you want us to live under the same roof" -------------------------- This is a book about two people who dislike each other more than anything in the world. They rather be in the North Pole than be in the same room together. The dislike they had for each other was strong. But what happens when they find themselves sharing a roof. Do they tear each other part or learn to live together. Read to find out how these two people handle the situation of living together and face the obstacles they have in life This is just a sample! Holly Garland on Santa's Lap [COMPLETE]
Once upon a time, I was your typical good girl, doing my job like a total elf star, no complaints. Even with the little "gift" I was born with (aka my disability), I handled life pretty well. But let me tell you, luck's never been my plus-one. What am I talking about? Oh, just my lovely name-and the Christmas curse that comes with it! Every year, without fail, while my family's out decking the halls, I'm over here getting snowed under with the worst disasters. So, yeah, all I want for Christmas is for this nightmare of a season to be over. But this year? Oh, I've really hit the Christmas tree topper. Ever since I plopped myself down on Santa's lap at my office party and made a special wish, it's been one yule disaster after another! And now, I'm stuck in this sleigh ride from hell with that red-suited nightmare, forced to follow him wherever he jingles. Sure, he might be a total angel under that fake beard-mysterious and all-but I'm not about to let myself get wrapped up like some Christmas present under the tree. My brain's still in one piece, thanks. So, seriously, sweet baby Jesus, how did a nice executive assistant like me end up sleighing through this wild holiday misadventure full of danger, romance, and all the holly jolly chaos of Christmas?!Kumpleto
