It's Iris Grey's final year of high school. She should be worrying about what college to go to and the classes she'll need to be studying for, but the only thing on her mind is her last soccer season. Every year that she has been on the team, the Red Devils have made it to the section finals only to lose to same team over and over again, but Iris has it set out in her mind that that won't be a repeat during her senior year. Her only problem is her history teacher that happens to be the soccer coach as well. Iris and Coach Davis make each other's blood boil, and no matter how much they try and set aside their differences, it seems that it doesn't work, but no matter how much they hate each other, they both know they need the other in order to win. Will they be able to move past their differences in order for Iris to win her final season or will the two crack under each other's pressure? Will something else develop under all of the hate or will they continue to think that nothing will ever change the fact that they will never get along.

Love was never the problem. Trust was. Iris Khan doesn't do second chances. As a dedicated rugby player and top computer science student, she's built a life that doesn't rely on anyone. Especially not Christian Montas; the relentless, cocky defensive lineman who stole her heart two years ago and let her down just as fast. She thought she was over him. Thought she had buried every last feeling. She was wrong. Christian has never stopped wanting Iris. He's spent years waiting for his shot, and now, in their final year of university, he's not wasting it. This time, he's proving himself in every small way, every single day. But Iris isn't making it easy. She keeps him at arm's length, convinced that letting him back in will only end in heartbreak. Just when she starts to believe in him again, Christian's past resurfaces, forcing him to confront the one thing he swore he'd never let touch his future. And instead of leaning on Iris, he shuts her out completely. Now, the walls she had started to tear down are back up; stronger than ever. If Christian wants to win her back, he has to do more than chase her. He has to fight for her. For them. And Iris? She has to decide if she's willing to take the risk... Because in both love and (Canadian) football, you only have 3 Chances . YOU DO NOT NEED TO READ DESIGNING FOREVER TO READ THIS!
