Marie has been living a (mostly) ordinary life for fifteen, almost sixteen years. She has a loving family, two best friends, a boyfriend, and straight A's in school. The only thing weird with her life is her. Sometimes she hears noises and voices that no one else hears, and she often has dreams about people she doesn't know and a hospital room. Then, on her sixteenth birthday, she wakes up in the hospital room and a woman she doesn't know is hugging her, calling her Jasmine and telling her she's her mother. Suddenly, Marie is thrown into a life she's never known, with a family she's never met, living in a town she's never heard of, and told that her whole life has been a lie. How in the world will she cope knowing her life was but a dream?
