"I love you Sara." He pleads. I have never seen him in this state before. "I know what I did to you was wrong bu-"

"No Jace. Save it." I stop him, with tears running down my eyes. I have moved on from this... I have moved on from him. I start to remove my wedding ring. 

His eyes widen, realizing that I'm serious.

"I'm sorry Jace. We are done." I toss the ring to him and he catches it. He looks at it for a moment.

"No Sara. We are not." He says, looking at me. His expression the same as before...sad.

 "I'm gonna fight for you. And no matter what," He puts the ring into his pocket. "You will be mine again."

Sara and Jace have been married for seven years. They seem to be the most happiest and successful couple. The reality however, is very different. Jace is very abusive. Sara is living her life in constant fear. She finally decides to fake her death, flee to a new city and get a new identity. But when Jace finds out that she isn't dead, he will stop at nothing to find her and set things right between them.
