The book is about a corrupted world with no Government or president only a group of men that calls themselves the Vanguard they act as if they are helping there fellow people as a population but their really killing them. Young adult Rose seeks to stop them on her own until she runs into a group of young adults that wants revenge on them for killing there love ones, but they don't know how to.
