But, freedom has a cost, and the traitors were defeated. We swore as a nation, we would never know this treason again; and so it was decreed that each year, the various districts of Panem would offer up two tributes, one young man and woman to fight to the death in a pageant of honour, courage and sacrifice. The lone victor bathed in riches, which served as a reminder of our generosity and our forgiveness. This is how we remember our past, this is how stand guard of the future.

This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...
